In keeping with our name change from Hula Cookies to BanyanTreats last year, we have also re-named our cookies; they are now called HONI KUKIS!
In Hawaiian, “honi” means “kiss,” and “kuki” is the Hawaiian spelling of the word “cookie.”
We still use the same great recipes to bake our delicious cookies for you each and every day, using the same tropical ingredients.
You may now purchase a BATCH of eight (or multiple batches) of Honi Kukis, instead of a half-dozen or dozen, which gives you the option of ordering one of each flavor.
We’ll be updating our website over the next couple of weeks to incorporate these changes. In order to keep our prices affordable, we are eliminating the tins and instead all gift packages will include our beautiful lauhala baskets (unless otherwise noted).
So the next time you want to order our scrumptious kukis, think of Honi Kukis — Kissed by Maui Sunshine!
Please forgive any confusion on our web site over the next few weeks while we make the transition from Hula to Honi Kukis.
